You will work directly with senior leadership to ensure strong financial governance optimize performance and support data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full spectrum of financial operations including budgeting forecasting cash flow management and financial reporting.Develop and maintain robust internal controls accounting policies and financial procedures.Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with insights and variance analyses.Oversee accounts receivable accounts payable payroll invoicing and reconciliation activities.Manage financial audits tax filings regulatory submissions and compliance with relevant jurisdictions.Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling scenario analysis and business case development.Partner with cross-functional teams Sales Marketing Operations to monitor performance and optimize financial efficiency.Evaluate cost structures pricing strategies and profitability across programs.Implement financial systems dashboards and automation to enhance operational efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline ACCA CPA CA or equivalent qualification preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong command of financial reporting budgeting forecasting and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-growth environment.Strong attention to detail and a proactive solution-oriented mindset.What We Offer:Competitive compensation package.Remote-friendly working arrangement.Opportunity to work with a rapidly growing global education organization.A collaborative culture with room for growth and leadership development.The ability to directly influence financial strategy and organizational direction.
