Job Title: Package Consultant – Workday IntegrationsTenure: 12+ Months contract to hire (with the possibility of extension)Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Kolkata (On-Site)Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Workday Integrations Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in building, designing, and supporting Workday integrations—preferably using Workday Studio. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading teams/solutions, developing complex integrations, and working across multiple Workday modules.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio and WQL.- Lead integration solution discussions; act as a Technical Lead/Solution Architect.- Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into integration solutions.- Develop and support integrations across various Workday modules and external systems.- Create and maintain Advanced Workday Reports to support integrations.- Participate in Workday implementation cycles including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and production deployment.- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure seamless data flow across systems.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Primary Skills (Must-Have):- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Integrations.- Expertise with Workday Studio and WQL.- Experience as Team Lead or Solution Architect for integration projects.Nice to HaveExperience with other Workday Integration tools such as:- CCB (Cloud Connect for Benefits)- CCTPP (Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll)- Extend- Orchestrate- Experience working with Workday Prism
