Project Management OfficerAs a Project Management Officer, you will be responsible for driving project governance portfolio management and strategic reporting across multiple initiatives.This role requires strong analytical capabilities advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.The expected activities include:Own and manage PMO governance frameworks ensuring compliance across all projects and programs.Lead development of portfolio dashboards KPIs and executive reports using advanced Excel pivot tables macros/VBA complex formulas and visualization tools Power BI/Tableau.Drive data analysis and trend identification to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial tracking for projects and programs.Facilitate executive governance meetings presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Mentor and coach PMO analysts and project coordinators fostering a culture of excellence.Collaborate with delivery teams to identify risks dependencies and opportunities for improvement.Continuously refine PMO processes for efficiency and scalability.The desired characteristics in candidates include:A strategic thinker with attention to detail.Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.The ability to influence and drive change across teams.High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset.Comfortable working in fast-paced dynamic environments.
