As an Application Portfolio Management (APM) professional, you will play a pivotal role in enterprise architecture and application rationalization efforts. This position involves capturing, analyzing, and maintaining application metadata to assess current technology usage, align future business requirements, and guide decisions on modernization, consolidation, or new application development.This is a remote job that can be performed from India or Brazil as part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Populate and maintain accurate application data within LeanIX, including ownership, lifecycle, business capabilities, and technical attributes.Ensure completeness and consistency of metadata across the application portfolio.You will also be responsible for evaluating applications for business value, assessing technical value, identifying candidates for retirement, consolidation, or modernization, collaborating with stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies, supporting decision-making on whether to enhance current platforms or build new applications, working closely with application owners, enterprise architects, and business analysts to gather insights and validate data, facilitating workshops and reviews to ensure alignment on application strategy and lifecycle decisions, generating dashboards and reports from LeanIX to support executive decision-making, and providing insights into portfolio health, redundancy, risk, and optimization opportunities.The essential requirements of the job include 4+ years of experience in application portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or IT asset management, hands-on experience with LeanIX or similar APM tools, strong understanding of application lifecycle, business capability modeling, and technology stack analysis, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, BIZBOK.
