The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and delivering engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, problem-solving, and technical understanding to transform client requirements into impactful design solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define user requirements and design goals.- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.- Design clean, modern, and responsive interfaces across web and mobile platforms.- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience.- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design standards across all projects.- Stay updated on industry best practices, design trends, and emerging tools.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.- Detail-oriented with the ability to balance creativity and functionality.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work on diverse and innovative digital projects.- A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.- Flexibility with hybrid/remote working arrangements (where applicable).
