Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer who can design, customize, and implement solutions across the Zoho ecosystem — including Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Analytics, Flow, and Campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating automated workflows, custom functions, integrations, and dashboards tailored to business needs.Key Responsibilities- Design and develop custom modules, functions, and automation within Zoho CRM and related Zoho applications. - Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools (e.g., WhatsApp, SMS, accounting, or marketing platforms). - Create and maintain Deluge scripts, APIs, and webhooks for business automation. - Build reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics for business insights. - Develop and deploy Zoho Creator apps for internal and client use cases. - Work with project managers to gather client requirements and translate them into Zoho workflows. - Troubleshoot system issues, test new features, and ensure seamless operations. - Optimize existing Zoho setups for performance and scalability.Required Skills & Experience- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Analytics, Desk, Flow, etc.) - Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho API integrations. - Strong understanding of business processes like sales automation, lead management, and reporting. - Experience in Zoho customization — layouts, workflows, functions, and blueprints. - Familiarity with REST APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and webhooks is a plus. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Ability to handle multiple client projects independently.Preferred Qualifications- Zoho Certified Developer (optional but preferred) - Prior experience in a digital agency or SaaS environment - Knowledge of integration tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Zoho FlowWhat We Offer- Competitive salary based on experience - Flexible work hours and remote-friendly setup - Exposure to international clients and advanced CRM projects - Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding digital & analytics company
