You will oversee paid ads, analytics, funnels, customer acquisition, and performance optimization while collaborating closely with the content, merchandising, and creative teams.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.Build high-converting campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, festive gifting, and trending collections.Manage ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, and CAC to maximize efficiency and profitability.Requirements:Proven experience in performance marketing or growth roles (D2C, eCommerce, fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle preferred).Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Shopify data, and marketing attribution models.Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-growing startup environment with agility and creativity.Strong communication skills and trend awareness.
