Business Growth Consultant OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Business Growth Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our coaching team, you will be responsible for helping our clients achieve clarity on their business goals, refine their models, and implement actionable strategies that drive measurable results.You will work closely with clients through 1:1 calls, group coaching, and progress tracking sessions. Your expertise in scaling strategies, lead generation, sales, and mindset will enable you to coach clients effectively and help them overcome growth limitations.Coach clients on business scaling, lead generation, sales, and mindset strategies.Conduct weekly 1:1 or group coaching sessions to ensure clients achieve milestones.Audit client offers, funnels, and marketing strategies for improvement.Identify blocks or blind spots limiting growth and provide solutions.Maintain client accountability and progress tracking through CRM tools.Collaborate with internal departments for client success.Contribute to training materials, frameworks, and internal playbooks.Requirements:3+ years of experience as a Business Coach, Consultant, or Entrepreneur.Strong understanding of business fundamentals: marketing, sales, operations, and mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of helping clients or teams achieve measurable growth.Empathy, patience, and adaptability in coaching style.Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM systems, Zoom, and productivity tools.Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):Experience coaching service-based or online businesses.Prior experience in a coaching company or high-ticket program.Familiarity with social media lead generation, funnels, or digital product scaling.What We Offer:Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Growth opportunities within a fast-scaling coaching company.Access to premium training, frameworks, and community events.Purpose-driven team culture built on learning, performance, and client impact.
