Xebia is seeking a results-driven and collaborative professional to join our team as a Senior Delivery Manager. Reporting to the Delivery Head, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the delivery of multiple projects. This role requires strong project management skills, client engagement, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Prior experience in On-shore and off-shore delivery models. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key accounts, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Manage project budgets, resources, and scope to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively address client concerns and work towards building long-term relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams spread across US Retail customers to deliver complex projects. Lead a team of project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans for team members.
  • Risk Management: Define, monitor, and improve critical success metrics for the success of the project. Identify potential risks and issues in project delivery and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and efficiency in project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and lessons learned from projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience in internet-related program and/or technical program management in a software applications environment
  • Experience in Java, Cloud technology, and latest digital technologies
  • Proven experience in managing IT services projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile and other project management methodologies.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Strong experience in Project Management Information systems
