Job Title : Marketing and Branding SpecialistProgenesis Fertility Center is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing andBranding Specialist to oversee all offline marketing activities. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for identifying Below The Line (BTL) activation opportunities, coordinatingwith vendors, negotiating costs, and executing campaigns effectively. Additionally, thisrole involves overseeing the installation of branding materials at clinics, includingsignage and space branding etc. The Offline Marketing and Branding Specialist will alsoplay a key role in planning and executing events, as well as coordinating monthly campmarketing activities.Key Responsibilities:● Identify BTL activation opportunities nearby centers.● Research and select vendors for offline marketing campaigns, negotiate costs,and oversee campaign execution.● Coordinate the design, production, and installation such as hoarding, flyers, andother promotional materials.● Plan and execute camp marketing activities at nearby locations, coordinating withrelevant stakeholders.● Ensure all necessary branding installations at clinics are in place on time, suchas signage, space branding etc.● Provide dimensions to designers for branding materials, review and approvedesigns, and coordinate with vendors for installation.● Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure quality of materials and servicesprovided.● Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of offline marketing initiatives andbranding efforts, providing regular reports to management.● Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between offline andonline marketing efforts.● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in offline marketing andbranding.Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.● More than 2 years of experience in offline marketing, branding, or a related role.● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.● Knowledge of the healthcare or service industry is preferred.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundWork Location: In person
