Main purpose of the Lead Engineer Subsea Control Systems role is to maintain subsea control systems for offshore fields across various facilities ensuring reliable safe and uninterrupted operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain subsea control systems across satellite platforms including topside systems and interfaces.Lead a team of engineers responsible for maintenance activities to ensure smooth functioning of subsea control systems.Ensure timely completion of routine and breakdown maintenance tasks.Coordinate with engineers to maintain seamless operations.Support base operations for system reliability and associated tooling.Provide day-to-day operational support on control system performance.Prepare intervention procedures and work instructions in coordination with intervention teams.Visit vessels for control-system-related execution activities.Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure high system reliability.Conduct Root Cause Analysis RCA for system abnormalities and implement corrective actions.Initiate Management of Change MOC processes for reliability improvements.Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance activities.Review Standard Operating Procedures SOPs periodically.Participate in Risk Assessments and Lessons Learned reviews.Coordinate resource planning for intervention activities.Review Bill of Materials BOM assess spare requirements.Raise purchase requisitions prepare technical recommendations.Provide inputs for annual budget preparation.Manage handover and takeover activities for new projects.Support project teams in Brownfield project engineering and document reviews.Implement Operating Management System principles and guidelines.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong knowledge of subsea control systems.Leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.BenefitsOpportunity to work on complex subsea control systems projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.OthersAmbitious professionals looking to develop their expertise in subsea control systems should consider this opportunity.
