Job Title:Regional B2B Expansion HeadJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our regional business-to-business (B2B) expansion efforts.As Regional B2B Expansion Head, you will be responsible for identifying potential college partners, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and driving collaborations that align with our mission and offerings.Key Responsibilities:Identify colleges, universities, and educational institutions for partnership opportunitiesDevelop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to promote campus training programsBuild and maintain strong relationships with TPOs, deans, HoDs, and managementConduct presentations to showcase training solutions and drive business growthWork closely with the program team to tailor proposals and meet customer needsDrive partnership closures and ensure smooth onboarding processesRequirements:Experience in B2B institutional partnerships with a strong network in college/universitiesStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsA proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExisting network in the education ecosystem is a plusWillingness to travel if required
