Automation Systems SpecialistIn this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation systems to meet the needs of advanced manufacturing projects.Main Responsibilities:Develop and program PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider) to control and monitor various industrial processes.Create HMI/SCADA systems (WinCC, FactoryTalk, Ignition) to visualize and analyze data from automated systems.Integrate industrial networks (Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, EtherCAT, CANopen) to enable seamless communication between different devices.Design electrical schematics, panel layouts, and documentation to ensure safety and efficiency in automated systems.Schedule system commissioning, FAT/SAT, and on-site installation to ensure timely completion of projects.Collaborate with mechanical, design, and project teams to achieve seamless integration and effective results.Maintain compliance with relevant safety standards and best engineering practices to prevent accidents and ensure quality output.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and operator training to ensure smooth operation of automated systems.About This Role:This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad.
