About the RoleAs a System Process Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our delivery lifecycle.Main Responsibilities:SDLC Review and Improvement: Map and evaluate the current Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to identify areas for enhancement. This includes requirements gathering, design refinement, build optimization, QA/testing strategy, deployment planning, and post-implementation support.Bottleneck Identification and Analysis: Identify and analyze bottlenecks, failure points, delays, and recurring defects affecting system delivery. Provide actionable insights to drive process improvements.Risk Management and Compliance: Evaluate alignment between business requirements, risk needs, and technical execution to ensure seamless delivery.Data, Risk & Performance AnalysisMetric Analysis: Analyze delivery metrics such as defect trends, cycle times, change failure rates, and deployment success rates. Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.Root-Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root-cause analysis on failed or delayed releases to inform process adjustments.Reporting and Insights: Prepare comprehensive reports and insights for IT leadership, risk committees, and project steering forums to drive informed decision-making.Cross-Functional CollaborationTeam Collaboration: Work closely with development squads, product owners, QA teams, and operational units to foster a culture of collaboration and open communication.Testing and Readiness Assessments: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), testing reviews, and readiness assessments to ensure smooth delivery.Change Management: Support change management efforts for new system rollouts across the organization.
