With a proven record of excellence across the United States and Australia, we lead the market in successful implementations and Agent Studio use cases.As an AI Solution Implementer, you will work closely with enterprise customers to implement and customize the Moveworks platform, delivering AI-powered solutions that transform employee experiences. You will learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform (on-the-job training), work on new implementations for customers (greenfield projects), build AI agents on the Moveworks platform (brownfield projects), utilize your software development skills to help enhance product portfolios, work closely with international colleagues and customers.You will learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform (on-the-job training)Work on new implementations for customers (greenfield projects)Build AI agents on the Moveworks platform (brownfield projects)Utilize your software development skills to help enhance product portfoliosWork closely with international colleagues and customersTo succeed as an AI Solution Implementer, you will need to have excellent back-end software development experience in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, Golang). You should also have experience with APIs and integrations, understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP) and authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth2, JWT), understanding of JSON & XML and experience using API tools like Postman or Insomnia. Additionally, you should have excellent written and communication skills, good technical documentation skills, analytical thinker and problem-solving skills and general understanding of AI technologies and terminologies.
