AI Psychometrics Specialist – Talent AssessmentJob SummaryThis role combines AI-driven innovation with psychometric expertise to design and improve our assessment tools, while supporting consulting projects for clients worldwide.The ideal candidate will have experience in AI-driven innovation, psychometrics, data analysis, and test development. They will also be proficient in using generative AI tools, AI-powered translation tools, and collaboration software.The specialist will work closely with the R&D teams across India, London, and Paris in a multicultural and agile environment.They will contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement, including developing innovative test items, managing subject matter experts, and collaborating with consultants and consulting teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.Use AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages, and collaborate in reviewing translations and accurately maintaining the translation database.Build and maintain AI-driven personalised programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments.Collaborate with Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.Partner with consultants and consulting teams to support the development of AI-supported solutions for customised assessments and reporting, including creation of dynamic custom reports on demand.Psychometric Tool DevelopmentContribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement.Develop innovative test items, with a strong emphasis on job knowledge tests, leveraging AI tools for item generation and quality assurance.Coordinate and manage subject matter experts to ensure test content validity, reliability, and relevance of technical/functional tests.Skills and QualificationsProficiency in using generative AI tools, AI-powered translation tools, and collaboration software.Experience in AI-driven innovation, psychometrics, data analysis, and test development.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
