Lead Data Innovation SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Innovation Specialist to spearhead our cutting-edge data science initiatives. In this role, you will drive the development of advanced generative AI, large language models, and agentic systems, transforming complex business challenges into impactful AI solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design and build sophisticated generative AI models, including LLMs, diffusion, and multi-agent systems.Oversee AI projects from ideation to scalable deployment and monitoring.Develop high-performance ML/DL models using state-of-the-art architectures.Pioneer RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, fine-tuning, computer vision, and optimization techniques.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI systems.Technical Skills:Advanced programming in Python, including multiprocessing/async programming.Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, HuggingFace Transformers/Diffusers, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, and MLOps tools like MLflow, W&B, Kubeflow.Expertise in CUDA, CuPy, CuGraph, and experience deploying production-level ML/LLM solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.3.5–8 years of experience in ML/AI with proven end-to-end solution delivery.Strong fundamentals in ML/DL, optimization, modeling, and excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
