Technical Support EngineerProvide technical support to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.Communicate and coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team, primarily based in India.Assist QA lead with quality assurance activities.Troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development team.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and resolve customer queries efficiently.Propose workarounds for customers when a fix is not readily available.Furnish timely and accurate customer feedback.Cultivate relationships with clients to ensure issue resolution.Spearhead the rollout of new applications.Publish procedural documentation to facilitate support.Manage multiple cases simultaneously.Test and evaluate new releases.Contribute innovative ideas and solutions for streamlined operational processes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.Availability to work during US hours (9 am to 6 pm central time).3-5 years of experience in tech support for web-based business applications with mobile interfaces.Demonstrated proficiency in Linux, Java, JavaScript (React), MySQL, and AWS.Proficiency in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs.Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.Exposure to ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, etc.Understanding of texting and communication-based applications is a plus.Certifications in Linux, Java, Web Development, AWS are desirable but not mandatory.Experience in utilizing AI tools for daily tasks.Development mindset to quickly adapt to a developer role with minimal training.Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
