And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centres.Role OverviewThe Company's Digital Products Engineering Team is hiring a Business Intelligence (BI) Development Associate Manager. This person will be responsible for managing and development of BI solutions required by company's Manufacturing Division. They work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and developers to design, build, and maintain data-driven solutions that support decision-making and business operations. They will be responsible to both deliver solutions themselves and working with a matrix project team.What will you do in this roleDevelopment and implementation of BI solutions to meet the organization's data analysis and reporting requirements. Collaborate with project teams to identify and understand their data and reporting needs. Design, develop, and manage BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, ThoughtSpot or QuickSight Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business performance improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data integration, data quality, and performance optimization. Stay abreast of the latest BI technologies and best practices to continuously improve and enhance the organization's BI capabilities.What should you haveBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or any related field.1-5 years' experience in BI development and data analysis, including hands-on experience with BI tools and technologies such Power BI, Spotfire, Qliksense, ThoughtSpot or QuickSightProficient in SQL, data modeling, and database design concepts.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and architectures.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of developers.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in English.Our technology teams operate as business partners, proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities.
