Job OpportunityWe seek an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) technical professional to provide application support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for D365 CE solutions and the wider Power Platform.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service. Additionally, experience creating plugins, Javascripts, Web Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus will be beneficial.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot complex issues related to D365 CE modules.Support and maintain Power Platform solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other Microsoft tools.Configure and customize D365 CE, including plugins, Javascripts, Web Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.Manage system upgrades, Wave updates, and patch deployments, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.Solution lifecycle management (DevOps, ALM) will be essential in maintaining high-quality applications.Collaborate closely with customers and the wider team as an escalation point for technical queries.Essential Skills and QualificationsProven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in a technical role is crucial.Expert knowledge of D365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service, is required.Familiarity with development tools, such as Visual Studio Code and Azure DevOps, will be beneficial.
