Microsoft Dynamics 365 F & O Testing Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Process Tester. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 F & O system.Job Summary: Perform structured functional application, integration, regression and E2E testing activities, including defining testing cases, executing tests, managing defects, generating reports, communicating issues, developing and analyzing test plans, documenting test results, conducting release readiness reviews, and reviewing documentation.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with experience in testing ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will be responsible for strategizing, developing and executing system and regression tests on company Enterprise Data, including Warehouse and Reporting solutions such as Power BI and Cognos, and Azure.Main Responsibilities:Perform and define structured functional application, integration, regression and E2E testing activitiesStrategize, develop and execute system and regression tests on company Enterprise DataWarehouse and Reporting solutions such as Power BI and Cognos, and AzureEnsure adherence, assurance and review of ETL / BI / ERP Unit TestingWrite complex SQL Queries for test validation purposesAdhere to quality assurance best practices and project deadlinesAttend regular project meetings, knowledge sessions, current testing status and coordinate with onshore and onsite team membersMaintain documentation of test results, effective and reusable test data creationRequired Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
