Senior Project Manager RoleOyster HR is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee multi-channel digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional coordination, and has strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.Coordinate with Performance, Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless project alignment.Oversee timelines, workflows, resource allocation, and quality assurance across all marketing deliverables.Track performance metrics, report progress, and ensure campaign outputs meet strategic objectives.Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.Support continuous optimization by integrating testing frameworks, performance insights, and best practices.Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and project management methodologies.Requirements:4+ years of project management experience in digital or performance marketing.Hands-on understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads ecosystems.Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, etc.).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or international environments is a strong advantage.
