Senior Implementation Consultant

The role focuses on guiding clients through CLM transformations - requirements gathering, designing, configuring and implementing Sirion CLM. Candidates must have 5+ years of consulting experience, expertise in CLM (preferred) or ERP/CRM/SaaS based product modules, strong communication and analytical skills. A bachelor’s degree and the ability to deliver quality work remotely and on-site are required.

What You’ll Do

• Help prospects navigate the CLM transformation by providing implementation best practices and Sirion capabilities (functional & technical) during the sales process.
• Experience and expertise in implementing CLM modules (preferred) or other SaaS based Procurement/ERP/CRM packaged products
• Independently lead end to end implementation of functional workstream
• Facilitate client design workshops while promoting best practices
• Provide clients with necessary functional/technical aptitude to provide assurances that the Sirion product can be configured to meet business requirements and design specifications
• Collaborate with implementation partners during the implementation by providing feedback on the design and performing configuration reviews.
• Work closely with project managers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ability to research, solution, or otherwise identify answers or approaches to requirements presented by clients in a self-directed manner
• Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions, perform Fit/Gap Analysis, document decisions, provide professional services pricing estimations, draft and negotiate professional services SOW
• Work well in both individual and team settings both onsite and remote.
• Contribute beyond client delivery with practice development, knowledge transfer, operational improvement and recruiting

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of industry and/or consulting experience (CLM experience preferred)
• Relevant SaaS/packaged products implementation experience
• Experience in at least 3 full life cycle implementations
• Functional/technical proficiency with implementation of single/multiple modules within a product
• Experience in designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more modules (e.g., Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Supplier Information Management, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Analytics, Inventory)
• Experience designing, mapping, and integrating systems with third-party ERP's and other relevant business systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a big picture perspective
• Ability to manage and effectively balance multiple clients and systems designs
