A successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.Key Responsibilities:Support business processes by identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring timely deliverables.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements.Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and drive project success.Develop a deep understanding of operational processes, data, and technology.Apply quality checks and validations on all deliverables.This role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders across different time zones to ensure smooth delivery to clients per pre-existing timelines. The successful candidate will have excellent analytic, task management, and communication skills, with the ability to work on multiple client tasks and provide all-round value to the firm.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, electrical engineering or related fields.1 – 2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL, with exposure to stored procedures being a plus.Experience in pharmaceuticals, managed markets consulting or analytics consulting with broad-based experience in managed care and/or analytics is an advantage.Previous experience working with people in different time-zones is beneficial.
