Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Training Development Specialist to develop and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of retail staff.The ideal candidate should have experience in training and a strong understanding of customer service principles, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to new products and services.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver training modules tailored to the needs of different teams.Analyze data and feedback to identify skill gaps and performance gaps.Evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments, performance reports, and feedback forms.Track improvement in skills, adherence, productivity, or quality metrics.About This RoleThis position requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to create engaging, interactive training content. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.RequirementsExperience in training development and delivery.Strong understanding of customer service principles.Ability to adapt quickly to new products and services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
