They will also have experience with 3D geometry processing using libraries like Open3D or PCL, and web AI deployment using JavaScript or TypeScript with TensorFlow.js or ONNX.js.The successful candidate will design and implement ML models for feature detection in 3D CAD models, develop predictive models for manufacturing cost estimation, cycle time prediction, and defect analysis.Key Responsibilities:AI/ML Development & Real-time InferenceDesign data pipelines for continuous model training and improvementPlatform Architecture & 3D Web SystemsIntegrate STEP/STL file processing with AI analysis workflowsDevelop scalable model serving infrastructure supporting real-time analysisRequirements: Strong background in linear algebra, calculus, computational geometry, and optimization techniques, as well as experience with WebAssembly development, Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and CI/CD best practices.Preferred Qualifications: Manufacturing engineering background in injection molding or similar processes, experience with Graph Neural Networks (GNN) for CAD geometry, Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs), or Reinforcement Learning for design optimization.
