As a Global Forecasting Specialist, you will be responsible for building and improving Machine Learning models to drive accurate forecasting and inventory planning.Develop and implement scalable forecasting solutions that capture multi-regional business needs, ensuring accuracy and consistency in approach within key platforms.Collaborate with regional teams to standardize forecasting processes and promote best practices, driving capability building across regions on forecasting methodologies and analytics tools.Conduct root cause analysis for forecast deviations and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels to drive decisions and actions.Key Responsibilities:Strong background in demand planning, forecasting, and statistical modeling, with experience in multi-country or regional planning environments.Working knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and visualization platforms, with ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to drive adoption and process maturity.Experience in automation and touchless opportunities in demand planning processes using data science and analytics techniques.
