Transforming Real Estate and Construction through Agentic AI

Agentic AI EngineerReal estate and construction organizations require innovative technologies to drive efficiency, enhance decision-making, and improve customer experiences. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and deploying agentic AI applications that cater to these needs.">Key Responsibilities:Agent Architecture & Orchestration: Develop and implement agent pipelines using frameworks like LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI, etc.Prompt Engineering & Feedback Loops: Create and optimize domain-specific prompt templates, embed complex business logic into multi-step workflows, and build user-feedback pipelines to retrain, fine-tune, and adjust agent behavior.Secure Deployments: Containerize and deploy large language models securely on Azure Cloud (AKS/Azure ML), manage CI/CD pipelines, and provision environments using Terraform.Observability & Evaluations: Monitor agent performance, latency, failures, and error handling, implement agent evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, DeepEval, Langfuse), and track metrics over time.Required Skills & Experience:4–7 years of experience in data science and machine learning engineering, including computer vision, with 12+ months of large language model production experience.Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.Strong Python coding skills and experience with REST/gRPC API integrations.Preferred / Nice-to-Have:Experience in fine-tuning open-source models (DeepSeek, Llama, Mistral) for domain-specific tasks.About the RoleOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects in real estate and construction.Collaborative environment with a remote-first approach.
