Job description:Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Flutter Developer Intern to join our team for a 3-month commitment. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals looking to gain intensive, real-world experience in cross-platform mobile application development. The intern will work closely with senior developers, designers, and project managers to assist in building, testing, and maintaining mobile applications using the Flutter framework.Please Note:This is a remote unpaid learning internship for the duration of 3 months. The primary focus is providing mentorship, practical experience, and a clear path toward a paid, full-time role.Key Responsibilities:Development Assistance: Assist in the design and development of new features for mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.UI/UX Implementation: Translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, responsive user interface code and widgets.API Integration: Help integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to connect front-end features with back-end data.Code Quality: Participate in code reviews and write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.Testing & Debugging: Actively participate in testing and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance and responsiveness across Android and iOS platforms.Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (design, product, back-end) to understand requirements and deliver functional features.Learning & Research: Stay current with the latest Flutter updates, mobile development trends, and technology best practices.Documentation: Contribute to project documentation, including feature specifications and technical guides.Job RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.Passion for mobile development and an eagerness to learn by doing.Availability for a commitment of 3 months with a dedicated schedule.What You Will Gain (Internship Benefits)Real-World Experience: Hands-on experience working on live, production-level mobile applications.Mentorship: Direct guidance and 1:1 mentorship from experienced senior Flutter developers.Portfolio Building: The opportunity to build and ship features that you can proudly showcase in your professional portfolio.Certificate: Official Certificate of Internship Completion.Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): The highest performing interns will be considered for a full-time, paid role upon completion.Performance-Based Salary: The salary for the subsequent full-time role (if offered) will be determined and benchmarked based on your proven performance, technical skills, and overall contribution during the 3-month internship period.
