Job Description: Flutter Developer (2+ Years, Riverpod or other) – On-Site Company: Wind Hans Technologies Position: Flutter Developer Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Job Type: Full-time, On-site Location: Nashik Wind Hans Technologies is seeking an experienced Flutter Developer with strong expertise in Riverpod state management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and deploying high-quality mobile applications and a solid understanding of modern Flutter architectures. Key Responsibilities: - Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. - Implement state management solutions using Riverpod. - Convert UI/UX designs into functional and pixel-perfect mobile interfaces. - Integrate REST APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services. - Collaborate with the design, backend, and QA teams for seamless delivery. - Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experiences. - Maintain clean, modular, and testable code with proper documentation. - Participate in code reviews, sprint meetings, and project discussions. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. - Prepare and manage app release builds for Play Store and App Store. Required Skills and Experience: - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Flutter development. - Strong hands-on experience with Riverpod. - Solid understanding of Dart, Flutter widgets, navigation, and best practices. - Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON. - Familiarity with clean architecture and MVVM patterns. - Experience with Firebase services, local storage solutions, and Git. - Experience with app deployment and release management. Preferred Skills: - Exposure to other state management tools like Bloc or GetX. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with app performance optimization and debugging tools. - Prior experience with live applications on Play Store or App Store. Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently in an on-site environment. - High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
