Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the strategy, delivery, and innovation roadmap for our SAP practice.Develop frameworks, methodologies, and governance models to strengthen delivery capability.Drive solution innovation across SAP S/4HANA, HANA Analytics Cloud, identifying new opportunities for modernization and transformation.Stay hands-on with complex SAP environments, providing expert guidance on architecture, system performance, integration, and optimization.Partner with cross-functional teams to define reusable assets, accelerators, and tools to enhance project efficiency and quality.Engage clients at a leadership level, advising on technology strategy and digital roadmaps for SAP ecosystem evolution.Collaborate with internal leadership to identify new service offerings, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives.Coach and mentor consultants, nurturing deep SAP expertise and leadership capability within the team.Contribute to pre-sales solution design, leveraging experience to shape winning proposals and innovative delivery models.Continuously evaluate emerging SAP technologies, AI, cloud integration, automation, and define adoption strategies within the organization.Requirements:14+ years of IT consulting experience and 10+ years of advanced SAP experience (Functional, Technical, Techno-Functional).Expertise in SAP ecosystem strategy, architecture, design, performance optimization, and technology enablement.Proven ability to lead diverse SAP teams while maintaining technical depth and credibility.Strong understanding of S/4HANA modernization, data strategy, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Collaborative leadership to operate at executive and technical levels, driving alignment between business vision and technology outcomes.Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and evolving SAP landscape to meet tomorrow's enterprise challenges.We don't just deliver SAP solutions; we build future intelligent business transformation.
