Skilled in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support within SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA Retail environments. Strong background in working with cross-functional teams, resolving complex business issues, and optimizing retail operations through system enhancements. Experienced in integration with SD, MM, FI, POS interfaces, and master data governance. Recognized for analytical problem-solving, client communication, and delivering high-quality solutions in fast-paced retail landscapes.
