Role:  Marketing & BD Manager

Location: Gurgaon (NCR) / Bangalore / Chennai (Hybrid)

Experience: 3-6 years


Qualification

·      Bachelor's degree or equivalent

·      Must have excellent oral & written English language skills

·      Experience in Inside sales would be a plus

Key Requirements:

·      Strong Communication Skill (Written & Verbal)

·      Experience selling IT services

·      Familiarity with CRM software

·      Good command on Microsoft office

·      Strong research and analytical skills

·      Expert in hunting Net New opportunities

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 


Role Description:

·      Identify potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

·      Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

·      Run marketing campaigns like email, LinkedIn & calling campaigns for lead generation

·      Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.

·      Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns.

·      Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting products/services and closing deals.

·      Prepare marketing collaterals like case studies, whitepapers, proposals etc.

·      Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

·      Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.

·      Maintain leads & opportunities in CRM & provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and client feedback.
