Job Description:
MyYogaTeacher is seeking an Associate Project Manager for our lean and dynamic marketing team. As an Associate Project Manager, your job will be to create project definitions, carry out required research, coordinate with people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results and measure results once the projects are released. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a marketing project’s organization and timeline.
Expected experience: 2+ years
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for
Create specifications for our product and engineering teams to increase the customer acquisition & retention on our platform
Manage our email marketing platform, including client list management, email automations, and campaigns, coordinate with copywriters & designers as they create the promotions, and loading into our email platform
Create and manage projects around SMS marketing, pricing page optimizations, upsell funnels and other areas of the product.
Design and analyze A/B testing of the experiments across the various touch points in the product
Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project handoff, demonstrations, prepare and analyze reports once the project is released and present them to the stakeholders
Learn required technical skills on the job, carry out necessary research required and own all the processes around all your projects
Required Skills:
We're looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and takes ownership of their projects and tasks. The required skills are
2+ years of project management experience in marketing
Baseline knowledge of search engine optimization, social media, paid media, analytics and measurement tools.
Able to manage multiple projects at one time while keeping aligned with the big picture and taking care of the many little details.
Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, be able to find good solutions to simple and complex problems, and known for getting things done.
Enjoy working on a team, coordinating across other teams, and have great communication skills.
Go the required length to meet the committed deadlines, does not require a follow up for agreed on deliverables.
Able to pivot strategies or a project's direction quickly, when company strategy requires it.
Meticulous, able to organize and execute in a detail oriented way.
Great with numbers and spreadsheets and be able to do complex analysis.
Able to visualize user journey across products, align exploration of new initiatives/ideas from user centric thinking.
Always eager to learn new trends and tools to solve problems more effectively and identify new areas of growth.
We're hiring for talent, skill, work ethic and professionalism.
Must be willing to work evenings, much of the team is in the US PST time-zone, so our team often does meetings from 8:00AM-11:30AM PST.
