Job TitleThe Chief of Staff role is a strategic position that plays a key part in executive effectiveness, organizational alignment, and development.This position requires working closely with senior leaders to drive results and ensure the company's goals are met.Main Responsibilities:Help leaders stay focused on important work itemsEnsure plans are executed successfullyKeep projects, people, and communication aligned across teamsThis role combines strategy support, executive assistant work, and business operations expertise.You will assist senior leaders by taking care of planning, coordination, and follow-ups, allowing them to focus on high-level decisions.Working Arrangements4:00 pm to 12:00 am IST, enabling you to work live with US teams during this time zone.Expect to manage your time effectively and work independently to meet deadlines.Key RequirementsStrategy & PlanningAssist senior leaders in defining long-term goals and objectives.Ensure goals are clear, measurable, and aligned across teams to drive progress.Remove blockers so teams can execute their tasks efficiently.Executive & Operational SupportOrganize town halls, internal meetings, and other events as required.Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for senior leaders.Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses for senior leaders.Take routine administrative tasks off senior leaders' plates to free up their time.CommunicationClearly explain company goals and objectives to teams and stakeholders.Share relevant information with the right people at the right time.Help senior leaders make faster and more informed decisions.Project ManagementManage cross-team projects to ensure timely delivery.Track progress, risks, and deadlines to ensure projects stay on track.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Decision SupportDo research and prepare summaries for senior leaders to inform their decision-making.Provide data and insights to support senior leaders' decisions.Act as a trusted advisor for senior leaders, providing guidance and support when needed.PresentationImprove PowerPoint slides and presentations for clarity and impact.Ensure presentations are professional, easy to understand, and engaging.MeetingsPlan executive meetings and ensure they run smoothly.Set agendas and track action items to ensure follow-ups happen.Ensure meetings are productive and outcomes-driven.Stakeholder ManagementWork directly with senior leaders, teams, and partners to build strong relationships.Collect updates and push work forward without always involving the CEO.Maintain alignment across teams and stakeholders to drive success.RequirementsThis role requires:Ability to adapt to change and ambiguityStrong people skills and emotional intelligenceAbility to influence people without direct authorityYou must be discreet, objective, flexible, and comfortable switching between strategy and execution to succeed in this role.
