Service Management ProfessionalWe are seeking a seasoned Service Management professional to join our team. This role involves driving strategic and tactical plans for ITIL/ITSM framework implementation across multi-vendor environments.Key Responsibilities:Develop strategic and tactical plans for ITIL/ITSM framework implementation.Define and design Service Management solutions covering People, Process, and Tools.Build Service Management Implementation Roadmaps and deliver SIAM projects, due diligence, and assessments.Conduct gap analysis, requirements gathering, and consultative discussions with customers and suppliers.Develop functional specifications, onboard suppliers, and set up SIAM governance and performance reporting frameworks.Support SIAM Centre of Excellence initiatives, offering development, and capability enhancement.Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and be a change evangelist.Mandatory Skills:SIAM Foundation Certification.Strong experience in Process Development, Process Engineering, and Process Consulting.Expertise in ITSM Architecture Design, RFP Solutioning, Transition, and Due Diligence.Pre-sales experience in Service Management.Excellent documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Project Management and strong negotiation capabilities.Preferred Qualifications:Multi-vendor implementation experience.Experience in Service quality improvement through continuous process enhancement.This role is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact in Service Management capability development.
