Job Title: Solar Operations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Solar Operations Manager to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Track performance of multiple solar plants and identify operational gaps to ensure targets are met.Liaise with site in-charges for day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and implementation of best practices across all sites.Support recruitment, training, and retention of site O&M teams to maintain high productivity and engagement levels.Ensure smooth transitions following defined scopes and protocols.Manage weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.Identify and onboard quality local vendors to optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC)Minimum 5 years of experience in Solar O&M as middle-level managementRequired Skills:Strong leadership and stakeholder managementProblem-solving and analytical thinkingExcellent communication and coordination skillsProficiency in ERP systems and MIS reporting
