Job OverviewThe company specializes in renewable energy project development, construction, and long-term operations.We have over 2.5 GW of operational capacity, 0.75 GW under construction, and 0.5 GW in development nationwide.Monitor the performance of multiple solar power plants, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.Collaborate with site managers for day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and implementation of best practices across all sites.Support the recruitment, training, and retention of site O&M teams to maintain high productivity and engagement levels.Ensure smooth transitions, following defined scopes and protocols.Manage weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.Identify and onboard quality local vendors to optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.Required qualifications include a B.E. in Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC) and 7–10 years of overall experience with min. 5 years in Solar O&M as middle-level management.
