Job Title: Store SupervisorDepartment: Stores / Materials ManagementLocation: Palghar Factory, MaharashtraReports To: Factory Manager / Accounts & Operations HeadWorking Days: 6 Days (Friday Week Off)Educational Qualification:B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) or equivalent qualification.Experience:1–3 years of relevant experience in stores, inventory, or material management within a manufacturing / industrial setup.Job Summary:The Store Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely material receipt and issuance, proper documentation, and adherence to company procedures. The role requires coordination with production, purchase, and accounts teams to maintain smooth material flow and stock accuracy.Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory & Material ManagementMaintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing materials.Conduct regular physical verification of stock and reconcile with system records.Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.2. Receipts & IssuesVerify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and coordinate with the Quality team for material inspection.Issue materials to production and other departments based on authorized requisitions.3. Documentation & SystemsMaintain and update stock registers (manual and ERP/Excel-based).Ensure all documentation—GRN, issue slips, return notes, etc.—is accurate and filed systematically.Assist in monthly stock reports and audit requirements.4. Coordination & ComplianceCoordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Production departments for smooth operations.Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and 5S standards in the store area.Supervise store assistants/helpers and ensure discipline and efficiency in store operations.Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of store operations and inventory control.Proficient in MS Excel / ERP systems.Good communication and coordination skills.Detail-oriented with a sense of accountability.Ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectively.Employment Type:Full-time, PermanentWork Schedule:6 Days Working (Saturday to Thursday)Weekly Off: Friday*** Candidate from Palghar onlyImmediate Joiners Preferred.Contact Details- call/ whatsapp Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹16, ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid time offWork Location: In person
