Episodes is committed to delivering impactful marketing solutions that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a video editor. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who specializes in reels and short-form content. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into highly engaging, fast-paced reels that capture attention and align with our client's brand style.QualificationsEdit reels and short-form videos from episode recordings, interviews, podcasts, or long-form sessions.Identify standout moments from episodes and convert them into compelling, high-retention reels.Use Adobe Premiere Pro (and other tools if necessary) to deliver clean, professional-quality edits.Add text overlays, captions, transitions, sound design, and creative effects suitable for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms.Collaborate with the content team to maintain consistent branding, pacing, and storytelling. Optimise content for platform-specific formats, trends, and algorithms.Communicate effectively with the team to understand vision, deadlines, and feedback.Stay updated on emerging reel trends, editing styles, and viral content formats.Familiarity with the hospitality industry and its marketing needs is a plusExpertise in Premier Pro and canvaRequirementsProven experience editing reels or short-form videos (portfolio required).Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects knowledge is a plus).Excellent understanding of Instagram video trends.Ability to work with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a strong sense of pacing and storytelling.Experience• 1+ Years' as Video editorFull-Time Role | Bangalore-BasedEmail Shreya@theepisodes.in to apply for this position.
