About Job: We are looking to hire a talented and experienced Junior Video Editor to join us. As a Junior video editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded film and video footage, applying artistic editing techniques, and creating a finished. These broadcast-worthy projects accurately reflect the vision of the production Head. To ensure success as a video editor, you should have expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques, be able to visualise directorial concepts and work according to a strict time schedule. Ultimately, a top-notch video editor can perfectly translate a director's idea into a beautifully crafted film or video piece, worthy of broadcasting. Requirements:Proven work experience as a video editorExperience with digital technology and editing software packages. (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects and Final Cut, Photoshop)Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolioCreative mind and storytelling skillsTrim footage segments and put together the sequence of the filmInput music, dialogues, graphics and effectsCreate rough and final cutsEnsure logical sequencing and smooth runningEdit videos creatively, enhance the story and match the producer s visionConstantly innovate and use new editing ideas and techniques.Creative and storytelling skillsShould Know about CameraCreate and edit videos for Social Media, blogs, and Ads.Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines.Retouch and manipulate videos.Collaborate with team members to develop the best video to support the brand and Digital Marketing team.Receive feedback and make necessary changes.
