DescriptionLead asst. manager - Coding TrainingLocation - Chennai Only, WFOEducation: Bachelor's DegreeJob Summary:Lead asst. manager - Coding Training is responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees' skills and performance. They assist the manager in monitor training program effectiveness, manage budgets, and stay updated on training trends. This may process of planning and coordinating to help employees acquire the knowledge, skills, and abilities they require to perform their jobs effectively. This may involve developing training materials, scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance and progress, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for Managing Training for coding part of training and developmentGoverning tracking monitoring the progress of the Various projects in TrainingAddressing the challenges and coming up with solutions to improvise the process.Measuring the effectiveness of the training and ensuring the throughput of every batch trained is at 80%.Supporting HR, operations, and Training team by screening and interviewing candidates for open positions.Supporting Operations in raising the requisitions every month for new and backfill positions and coordinating with the management to get the necessary approvals to close the requirements on time.One who is open to challenges and much aligned to the process. ;Experience & Qualifications:5-12 years of experience in US Healthcare coding industryMinimum 4 years' experience in managing Training and DevelopmentProject management experience would be added advantage.Strong Presentation skillsConfident, initiative-taking and committed to providing results.Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, ability to work onMulti-projects independently and service minded attitudeShould have working knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel & MS-PowerPoint)Should be willing to travel to different sites per business requirement.Good in Multi-Tasking and Flexible to take additional responsibilities or challenges.Good Team Player. ;
