Expert Product Lifecycle Coordinator

Job Title:Production PlannerDescription:We are seeking a skilled Production Planner to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end demand and supply planningLong-range planning for 5 years and short-range planning for 6 monthsBudgeting for intermediate and active pharmaceutical ingredients batches to be manufactured over the yearClean room and intermediate area occupancy as per budgetProduction plan vs actual tracking, ensuring production is in line with the plan and escalating in case of any deviation or manufacturing issueDistribution plan for the monthCommitments for the next 6 months on product and stock-keeping unit levelAvailable-to-promise/commitments to merchant orders and inquiries, customer on-time-in-fullsRaw material planning - purchase requisitions to be raised to the purchasing team and commitments to be taken, vendor on-time-in-fulls to be publishedSales planning for the current month at customer levelForecast accuracy percentage and mean absolute percentage error/cumulative vs actual/actual vs raw to be published on monthly key performance indicator dashboardsFreight cost tracking and reduction (rupees per kilogram)Inventory planning on a monthly basis, projections for the next 4 months based on demand and manufacturing plansNew product validations/project management requirements to be taken for demand planning and commitments to be provided to respective teamsCollaboration with sales, marketing, finance, global distribution and supply operations, quality, and production teamsParticipation in monthly captive and merchant sales and operations planning meetings and presentation of recommendations/possibilitiesRunning material requirements planning/create process orders in SAP HANAPulling out various data points and reports from SAP HANA/LIMS softwareRequirements:To succeed in this role, you will require:Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/power BIExperience with SAP HANA ERP systemUnderstanding of supply chain processes, inventory, and sales and operations planningStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage people and cross-functional teams
