Key Responsibilities:Lifecycle Project Manager role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, monitoring, inter-discipline coordination, and resource allocation.The selected candidate will be responsible for creating a comprehensive integrated L3 schedule using project scheduling software like Microsoft Projects or Primavera P6.This position requires expertise in planning and monitoring functional schedules, focusing on sequencing, durations, dependencies, constraints, and resource requirements.As part of the job, you will conduct project schedule analysis to identify delays and develop mitigation strategies to overcome these challenges.You will also manage discussions with contractors to review progress, understand concerns, and develop mitigation actions.Inter-disciplinary and inter-functional coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams is also essential.The successful candidate will support project contract management, ensuring alignment between contractual terms and project objectives.Assistance in monitoring contractor performance and stakeholder progress reporting through MIS reports are also key responsibilities.Requirements:A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project planning/project management/contracts management for power and renewable energy projects.At least 2 years of experience in thermal projects is mandatory.The ideal candidate should have good presentation skills and a strong command of English.Some consulting experience is necessary.Experience with tools like Power BI is desirable.
