Customer Success Manager

Role Overview:
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will foster strong client relationships, ensuring retention and satisfaction. As the main customer contact, the CSM will provide exceptional support, onboard clients, resolve issues, and optimize customer processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a proactive customer engagement strategy.
- Onboard clients and connect them with internal teams as needed.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and coach them to solutions.
- Optimize client success processes for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support and create educational materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3+ years in customer success or client management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- High work ethic, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
