·       Minimum 15 years of relevant experience


Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Content Development to lead the content strategy and management for our entrepreneurship platform. This role involves curating, developing, and overseeing the quality of content (Courses, Videos, Case Studies etc) in our entrepreneurship platform, ensuring that content experience aligns with the latest entrepreneurship trends and cater to founders and students. The Head of Content Development is responsible for researching and adding relevant content and building an inclusive and diverse experience designed to excite and retain our users and advancing the mission of Foundation.


Key Responsibilities:

·       Content Strategy: Planning, designing, creating, editing, and publishing relevant content for entrepreneurs in the platform.

·       Content Definition: Defining specific content requirements to fulfil the entrepreneurship requirements of the various WEN initiatives through market research, beneficiary feedback, and emerging technology platform capabilities.

·       Content Roadmaps: Developing and maintaining content roadmaps for the entrepreneurship requirements that allow for short, mid, and long-term objectives.

·       Define Quality Guidelines and set up processes: Review content for the platform to confirm alignment with the quality standards. Ensure that content efforts align with the overall objective of the foundation.

·       Content Partnerships: Identifying, reviewing and surfacing potential vendors and partners for the required content.

·       Content Strategy alignment: Aligning with emerging global standards and models around content at the Foundation.

·       Content Development: Developing world-class, differentiated content directly, through teams, vendors, and partnerships.

·       Engage deeply with initiative product managers, program teams, faculty / Facilitators to understand beneficiaries, program plans, and baseline entrepreneurship requirements.


Skills & Experience:

 

·       10-15 years of experience in creation of content like those typical of emerging Edtech startups for the purpose of social impact.

·       Well versed with the latest AI tools to create content with a lean team and external vendors.

·       Content development experience in entrepreneurship development would be ideal.

·       Deep experience in pedagogy and emerging techniques in adult entrepreneurship

·       Experience in the use of technology in large scale entrepreneurship efforts.

·       Creation of highly engaging, world-class content for global audiences

·       Training of relevant teams on content and content delivery

·       Use of analytical methods to support content development and refinement.

·       Conducting market assessments to identify best practices and gaps.

·       Maintaining a strong network of agencies and content professionals to get real-time perspectives on opportunities and solutions.

·       Engagement with various stakeholders to learn about unique needs and considerations of sub-segments.

·       Knowledge of Instructional Design tools.
