This position plays a critical part in building a scalable, secure, and efficient data platform that supports business analytics, reporting, and AI use cases across the organization.The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and capable of leading a team to deliver high-quality data solutions.Main Responsibilities:Design and develop a modern, cloud-native data warehouse on AWS.Lead a team to deliver enterprise-grade data solutions.Develop effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 7 years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years working in cloud-based environments (preferably AWS).Strong hands-on experience with AWS S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, Step Functions, and other core AWS services.Proficient in SQL and Python for data transformation and automation.Experience in building and managing data models and data pipelines for large-scale data environments.Solid understanding of data warehousing principles, data lakes, and modern data architecture.Experience leading and mentoring data engineering teams.Key Performance Indicators:Achieve project deadlines while maintaining high data quality.Ensure seamless integration of data platforms and tools.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
