Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at Brilliant Brains. We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in client relationship management and performance marketing to join our team. You'll be a key player in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and driving campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Understand client needs and develop customized digital marketing strategies to achieve their goals.
- Effectively communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Performance Marketing Expertise:
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Manage campaign budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal ROI.
- Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, creative, development) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on client management and performance marketing.
- Client relationship skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Performance marketing expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Leadership qualities: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- AI knowledge: Familiarity with AI marketing tools and technologies is a plus.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or equivalent are a plus
