Creative Director of Motion Design

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Motion & Post-Production Leader to drive the success of our motion design, CGI, and post-production teams. This role combines creative craftsmanship with technical leadership, ensuring high-end delivery across various media.The ideal candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team of artists, animators, and editors who bring static campaigns to life — turning creative ideas into cinematic brand experiences for global clients.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Leading the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline, from storyboard to final delivery.Driving excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborating closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Ensuring the highest visual fidelity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across deliverables.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:15+ years of experience in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI, preferably within large advertising, film, or creative-production environments.Deep hands-on proficiency in industry-standard tools (After Effects, Nuke, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, DaVinci Resolve, Flame).Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing.Proven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scale.BenefitsThe successful candidate will enjoy:A competitive salary package.Ongoing training and development opportunities.The chance to work on high-profile projects with talented creatives.Other RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:Experience collaborating with sound, music, and VO production to complete audiovisual packages.Knowledge of scripting or plug-in integration for efficiency (Python, JavaScript for After Effects, or Houdini scripts).
