Motion & Post-Production LeadWe are seeking a seasoned creative and technical leader to shape the motion design, CGI, and post-production landscape within our global creative production hub. This role combines artistic vision with technical expertise, ensuring high-end delivery across motion graphics, special effects, visual effects, CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing.The ideal candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team of artists, animators, and editors who bring static campaigns to life – turning creative ideas into cinematic brand experiences for clients across retail, digital, and life sciences industries.Key responsibilities include:Leading the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline from storyboard to final delivery.Driving excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborating closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Ensuring the highest visual fidelity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across deliverables.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:15+ years of experience in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI, preferably within large advertising, film, or creative-production environments.Deep hands-on proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, DaVinci Resolve, and Flame.Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing.Proven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scale.Strong eye for composition, detail, and brand expression through motion.BenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative and engaging motion designs.
